Hosting a benefit or gala? Running a silent auction? Collecting donations online? For those camps that are non-for-profit, raising funds throughout the year can be a great help in keeping the camp running in the long term. 

You can use Crowded to process donation payments! Our platform includes a built-in payment processor with the following perks specifically for donations:

• Fundraise Fee Free: Ability to ask donors to cover the processing fee
• Flexible Collecting: Create open-ended or fixed for donations vs event tickets, auction sales, etc. 
• Recurring donations: With the click of a button, your supporters can automate their donations

Collect camp registration fees

Create unlimited dedicated collection links with the camp dues amount, share with parents, and watch the payments roll in.

Our built-in payment processing system can help you collect camper dues in the following ways:

• Pay in installments: Interest-free and flexible for parents
• Easily scalable: parents can pay for multiple kids at once in one transaction
• Built-in reminders: Send reminders to parents in one click

Spending

For any purchases required for the camp, spend transparently with our Expense or Admin Visa® debit cards.

• Flexible: Cards can be digital or physical, allowing for easy tap-to-pay purchases on behalf of camp. 
• International: Cards can be used anywhere Visa® is accepted
• Secure: Card transactions may be covered by Visa®’s Zero Liability Policy.

Expense cards

Assign any full-time staff an Expense card for purchases on behalf of camp. Issue a card with a budgeted amount, and track all transactions made with Expense cards in the “Transactions” tab of the Crowded dashboard. Staff can only use these funds by using the debit card, while the admin retains full control over the account with the sole ability to allow or remove access to funds from the Expense card at any time.

Expense cards can eliminate the need for handling loose cash or a shared card for purchases – no reimbursements necessary!
 

Admin cards

All Admins on a Crowded account are automatically issued a digital debit card with the balance of their Crowded Checking account balance. This allows for free spending of the camp’s budget for the administrator. If the Crowded account has multiple admins, the other admins can see all purchases made with Admin cards.

Staff Per Diems

The fun with Crowded’s Per Diem accounts doesn’t end in the summer. When sending staff to those fun camp conferences, give them their daily stipend for food with Per Diem accounts!
