The following Limits and Funds Availability apply to the below payment features and are per Customer. Please reference the TransPecos Banks Business Deposit Account Agreement Disclosures for additional limits that apply to other payment types.

In such cases, funds may not be fully insured in the event the insured depository institution where the funds have been deposited were to fail.
